v1.5175 - (2 May, 2007) Current

- User prompted to save the game statistics if the unit
is powered off
- Club recommendation can now only be enabled from
sureanalysis

v1.5156 - (21 February, 2007)
- Added support for hybrid clubs
- Courses that have been downloaded from the course
database can now be edited by the user. The modified course can also be
uploaded to the course database but it will be tagged as a user mapped
course.
v1.4435 - (4 July, 2006)
- Fixed bug with user mapped courses. If a user edits a
user mapped course, which was mapped with v1.4243 or earlier software
versions, there is a possibility that the mapped course will be corrupted
and give inaccurate distances to hazards and greens.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not map any courses using v1.4406 software as
any courses mapped will be incompatible with future releases. The software
version can be checked from the features/status/registration menu.
v1.4406 - (24 June, 2006)
- Add ability to resume played game on course by pressing resume button
from play course select menu.
- Display down arrow when mapping to indicate more hazards available
- Show hole number when mapping hazards
- Add grass mound, runout, green and lateral water hazards
- Add forced delay of 10 seconds when mapping a location

second mark is assumed to be drive, subsequent marks restart marking
- Change display when deleting mapped locations. Instead of "You mapped
6 new locations" becomes "You cleared 6 locations"
- Fix bug pressing left or right arrow keys when mapping doglegs
v1.4243 - (2nd April, 2006)
- Fixed bug with user mapped courses. After a user had mapped a course if
they used sureanalysis to change the course name, the new name could exceed
the allocated space in the sureshotgps.
v1.4218 - (3rd March, 2006)
- Fixed bug with user mapped courses. If a hazard was mapped with only a
carry position, random characters could appear on the display when playing
the hole
- Added NMEA output feature. If the NMEA output feature is enabled the
sureshotgps can be used with standard mapping software running on the PC.
The NMEA feature can be accessed from the Features/Status/GPS Information/NMEA
menu.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NMEA output must be disabled before using
sureanalysis. sureanalysis cannot connect to sureshotgps if NMEA is enabled.
v1.4077 - (12th January, 2006)
- The analyse game screens have been modified for easier use
- The ability to also view current statistics has been added when looking at
the scorecard during a game
- The scorecard now shows the difference to par for the 9 holes
- "Average Penalties" has been replaced with "Pars or
Better" on the statistics screen
- Bridge, rock and layup hazard types have added to the list of hazards
- Pressing view in demo screen now shows a demo hazards screen
v1.4009 - (16th December 2005)
- Fix bug going to low backlight setting when unit is set to US date format
- If scoring is disabled, changing to the next hole displays the hazard
screen by default if hazards are mapped
- Change backlight dim operation to 20, 40 & 60 seconds and set default
to 40 seconds
- Show battery as green when fully charged
- Tree hazard type has been added to the list of hazards
- On the green display "Not Shown" for front and rear if distance
is in kms or miles
- Show all distances in red if a satellite position fix has not been
obtained
